Barron Channer

Mr. Channer is an accomplished business leader with over 20 years of experience in consulting, project management and real estate development management. Prior to BACH, he served as Vice President of Development for a regional development firm. Mr. Channer holds an MBA from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania along with a Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute. He is a civic leader who serves as a board member for Urban Land Institute – SE Florida, Knight Foundation – Miami Program, Baptist –South Miami Hospital, Perez Art Museum Miami and the American Friends of Jamaica.
Joseph Gay
Director, Development Services
An experienced construction professional, Mr. Gay has over 17 years of experience delivering project management services to clients across a wide range of industries and developmental stages. His experience spans office, healthcare, retail, hospitality and light industrial projects. Mr. Gay’s expertise includes pre-construction planning (scoping, budgeting and scheduling), contracting and procurement (design, consultants and contractors) and implementation (design, construction and closeout). Prior to BACH, he served as a Senior Project Manager with the development services division of CBRE, Inc.
