BACH served as a consultant supporting The Peebles Corporation efforts including pre-construction management effort for luxury resort-residential project and RFP strategy and packaging for New York City redevelopment opportunity.
For over 2 years, BACH has served as Owners Representative for the ATEF efforts to secure and plan a public private partnership for high-performance training and competition tennis complex in Miramar, Florida. Our work has involved liaising with government for site acquisition, agreement negotiations, team formation and pre-construction planning.
BACH RE served as Owner Representatives for design and buildout of new headquarter offices for the Jamaican Consulate in Miami. Our work included support for site selection, lease negotiations, design, permitting and construction oversight
BACH currently serves as a member of the Program Management team for Broward Schools’ $800 million capital improvement program. Our role involves project management and management of S/M/WBE Program including development of policy, implementation of procedures and certification recruitment/outreach.
